This service provides appropriate accommodation in a Future HSC property for vulnerable people in the community, particularly those with mental health issues and/or learning disabilities. All our properties are secure and offer a therapeutic living environment in a positive community setting.
We ensure that an appropriate level of support and signposting is provided for our tenants.
All of our tenants will receive regular support and visits from our highly-trained and knowledgeable Future HSC Housing Officers.
If needed, further support is provided:
- by Future HSC’s Home Support Service or;
- by an outside Support Provider who will work in partnership with Future HSC.
We have set out our vision, goals and policies for Our Housing Service in order to maintain a high quality and well run service. For more (click – Governance in Housing)
